Sarah is our resident Strength and Conditioning Coach at The Flow Studio.
She works as a 1-2-1 coach with people who want a completely individualised approach to Strength, Running, Endurance and Triathlon training.
She’s passionate about running and everything that is involved to make running feel good and enjoyable. Whether that is becoming stronger, improving nutrition, working through injury or training to run further.
