Sharron's Story

I'd spent a long time blindly ignoring my body's warning signs, ploughing through physical tension and emotional stress....

I TOTALLY get what it’s like to face the challenge of pain and tension, coupled with fatigue and lack of motivation. 

In my mid 20’s my head filled with worry as pain and discomfort just wouldn’t shift. Feeling so out of shape I determined to restore the poor condition of my mind and body.

I discovered lasting change!

I tried various treatment methods, but my main path to wellness began with Pilates. How time flies when you’re having fun! Over 20 years has passed since then…yikes!

The intelligent, guided movements that Pilates provided began to release pain from my body and lift my spirit. I was discovering my sense of self, regaining strength, physical freedom and becoming calmer in mind

I'd found a skill set for self-care that was always accessible!

My response to pain and tension through movement, empowered me to create restorative changes that felt soooo good

My passion is to empower you to tune into your body so you can move in a way that gives support and vitality

Continuing to develop rich-movement habits has been my health treasure. Movement truly is my medicine, and I believe it can be yours too!
