Please take the time to read through the guidelines to familiarise yourself with what you might expect on your visit and also what is required of you. In working together we ask that you be patient and adhere to the guidelines. In doing so this will greatly help our commitment to make your experience comfortable and safe.

Please reschedule your booking if feeling unwell
If arriving in your own vehicle please leave all non essential items in it
Please wear a face covering on the premises. You may remove it during a Pilates session
It’s possible that your temperature will be taken on arrival
A box will be provided to put your personal possessions in
Before your arrival please complete an online Covid screening questionnaire
Card payments preferred or bank transfer in advance of appointment/class
Please arrive on time, not early or late and leave the building soon after your session.
Please use hand sanitiser before and after your appointment/class
Extra time between appointments / classes for cleaning
