We are looking for movement educators trained in Pilates

We have beautiful, fully equipped studio facility to suit classes up to 12 people and we’d love to be part of a wider community of like-minded Pilates teachers, to support, grow, share and innovate together.

There’s a few ways you can be involved, depending on your own preference for where you are at now – Choose to be fully part of the team, or hire the space on a regular basis to teach your own existing clients. Or, you can choose a mix of the two. Please contact for further details.

enthusiastic and self-driven soft tissue / massage therapists, holistic therapists and physiotherapists, osteopaths, podiatrists to join our team. Our facility offers a spacious treatment room and rehabilitation space.
We provide bespoke services to clients, ranging from the general public to the elite athletes we are associated with.

We offer a good hourly rate and a great working environment. We offer possibilities to partner work with us, by retaining your business independence, yet collaborating with our services too.

Sharron Stott

Sharron Stott

Pilates Teacher | Manual Therapist

Sharron owns The Flow Studio and is passionate about helping people to find connection with mind and body, so they regain confidence finding their movement freedom.

Starting out as an artist, injury led her to try Pilates, where she became captivated by the intelligent and guided movement, coupled with creative flow.

Familiar with the challenges of pain and tension, she recognises the empowerment that movement brings to our physical and emotional health, as it still continues to play a huge role in her own wellbeing.

She qualified as a Pilates teacher and Back4Good® practitioner with Body Control Pilates®, and has been practicing Pilates for over 20 years. Sharron also holds a Level 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy.

Exploring how we can find our equilibrium, vitality and presence through both movement and manual therapy, she has studied for the past 3 years with Anatomy Trains® and Anatomy Trains in Motion®, which is fascia (the body’s connective tissue) and biomechanics focused.

Sharron is married and has 3 rapidly growing teenagers! She loves mountains, yoga, Pilates and running with her two dogs!

Pilates Teacher | Back Care Specialist

Caroline is a qualified Back4Good® practitioner and runs our ‘Healthy Back’ Training at the studio.

She began practicing Pilates more than 15 years ago after struggling with her own back issues. Having experienced for herself the life changing mind and body benefits of Pilates, she began teaching over 7 years ago.  

Her passion for her students to experience the positive benefits of Pilates, in recovery from injury and self-management of pain, is reflected in her enthusiasm when teaching.

Qualifying with Body Control Pilates®, she is an experienced Pilates teacher, Back4Good® practitioner and a backcare professional.

Lindsay Molyneux

Lindsay Molyneux

Sports Massage Therapist

Lindsay is a qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (Level 3 Diploma) and also holds a First-class Degree in Sport and Exercise Science BSc.

Lindsays’ areas of expertise include the assessment and treatment of:

• muscle and postural imbalances
• chronic conditions, like strains
• areas of held tension that cause tightness and fatigue
• delayed onset muscles soreness (DOMS)
• stress and vocational related tension
• plus other conditions that may hinder the ability to move easily and cause aches and discomfort.

All of her treatments and services are designed around helping you achieve your goals, using techniques that aim to increase joint range and mobility, improve posture and exercise performance.

Lindsay enjoys playing and watching sport, including playing hockey for 20 years up to elite level in the English premier division, having had her fair share of injuries, aches and pains throughout! 

She stays active practising yoga, Pilates, swimming and walking with her dog! 

Molly Taubman

Molly Taubman

Physiotherapist

Molly has a wealth of experience working in the community setting, including within MSK outpatients, mental health, intermediate care and domiciliary.

She is currently a senior Physiotherapist working both privately and within the NHS.

She prides herself on being able to treat patients holistically, taking into account all aspects of their life in relation to any injury.

She is able to build a fantastic relationship with clients and take their needs into account in every clinical decision she makes.

A registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

Aside from physiotherapy her interests lie in music and keeping fit and active.

Craig Barritt

Craig Barritt

Physiotherapist

Craig has a varied background of experience as a physiotherapist; which includes neurological, musculoskeletal, domiciliary and exercise-based rehabilitation.

He has a long-standing experience base within the fitness industry, which provides him with an expansive toolkit for rehabilitation.

His current role within the NHS is that of a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the outpatients department, ensuring his skills are relevant, evidence-based and patient centred to ensure optimal recovery.

A registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.

He enjoy’s keeping himself fit by attending the gym regularly, and also has a love for playing and watching sports.
