what people are saying
To begin with I felt nervous about joining because I thought I’d embarass myself and not be as good as others, however I soon felt at ease. It helps me to feel relaxed and peaceful and I go home at the end of a session always feeling better than when I arrived!
I have a problem with my shoulder and the care that has been taken to understand the problem is amazing!
If you’re looking for a friendly, expert Pilates or massage studio this is the one!! I love it!
I am so pleased that I plucked up the courage to walk into the studio for that first session.
You really have given me skills for life and a new confidence that getting older won’t inevitably mean a life coping with restricted movement and pain.
I really look forward to the Pilates sessions. They aid me mentally and physically and compliment my other workouts. I feel they have made me more flexible and pain free.
I love coming to Pilates sessions at the studio – they are small, relaxed and tailored towards the needs of the group and the individual.
They are progressive but at a manageable pace and I feel the benefits physically and mentally afterwards.
“The sessions are giving me a focus to make a commitment to improve my mobility and my mental wellbeing.”
