Step 1:

Choose your group session time and day


6pm – 7pm (Foundation / Beginners level)


9:30am – 10:30am (Progressive / Intermediate level)

11am – 12pm (Foundation / Beginners level)


6 – 7pm  (Progressive / Intermediate level)


9:30am – 10:30am  (Progressive / Intermediate)

11am – 12pm (Foundation / Beginners level)


8:15am – 9:10am  (Performance / general level of fitness and not carrying injuries)

Step 2:

Add an optional Private session for £35

Value £55 – Saving £20

Step 3:

Check the terms

  • All sessions taken in 14 days
  • Offer activates on date of first session 
  • If you have a medical condition, or have had a recent injury, illness or operation, please consult with your medical practitioner before joining a session to check that it is ok for you to exercise

Further Q & A's

Can I join regular sessions after the Taster Sessions?

Yes! After your 2 taster sessions are done, this spot is reserved for you to continue attending regular sessions (at the same time slot) by signing up for a 3 or 6 month membership.


I’d like to know more about memberships.

Please BOOK A CALL HERE. We have various combinations of memberships and price options available, we’d love to first have a chat to ensure you’re set on the right plan to suit your requirements.


What should I bring to each session?

All the equipment is provided, but you can bring your own mat if you’d prefer to.

If traveling by car, please leave all non-essential personal items in your vehicle.


What gear should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in.


What are The Flow Studio’s Covid-secure measures?

We are continuing to maintain the following measures:

  • Social distancing in public areas and in the Pilates studio.
  • Hand sanitising on entry and exit to the building.
  • Wearing face coverings in all public areas (you may remove your face covering during your Pilates sessions).
  • Pilates equipment is cleaned after each use.
  • You are advised NOT to attend if feeling unwell with Covid symptoms.
