Pilates for all abilites…
Pilates sessions are taught in SMALL GROUPS (up to 8 people), therefore plenty of supervision and guidance is available. This way, you’ll make great progress, reaping the wonderful benefits from your Pilates practice.

foundation / beginners / gentle flow
For all who are new to Pilates and those who seek to practice at a gentler level.
progressive / intermediate
Tailored for those who already have some basic experience of Pilates and its fundamentals. Variations to offer level of difficulty is given throughout the session to suit the individual.
perfomance
To suit those who have a moderate level of fitness and do not carry injuries. More dynamic in flow and higher in intensity. Variations are still offered for level of difficulty.
healthy back training
Designed for those who need help to prevent and manage chronic low back pain.
They are taught by expert Pilates Back Care practitioners, holding the highly accredited Back4Good® certification
Important Information
If you have a medical condition, or have had a recent injury, illness or operation, please consult with your medical practitioner before joining a session to check that it is ok for you to exercise.

FIRST TIMER
Taster Sessions- We invite new students to join us for 2 group ‘Taster Sessions’. This provides the perfect oppourtunity to try out Pilates and see if we are a good fit for you.
- Following this, to continue with regular sessions we have membership options.
MEMBERSHIP
Groups / Privates- Memberships start at £43 per month, this is for 1 SMALL group training session per week with all sessions tailored to suit the needs of the participants.
- We want to ensure you’re set on the right plan to suit your requirements, as we offer many packages to suit different budgets, lifestyles and goals. With group sessions beginning at £10.80, we have an option for every person.

about our membership
We have membership agreements to suit budget, lifestyle and goals. All of our memberships are on a 3 to 6 month agreement, with once or twice weekly attendance.
Also Private sessions can be included in memberships.
Prices are reflected by the longer you commit for, the more frequently you come, the lower the cost per session. Fabulous for creating consistency and achieving results.

In addition to our membership we offer Class Passes – this is a block of group sessions, or private sessions.
Alternatively, individual sessions are also available to purchase for a ‘drop in’ group session.
