Sharron Stott (Owner/ Studio Manager)

Pilates Teacher | Manual Therapist | Movement Coach

A graduate of the North London School of Sports Massage, one of the UK’s leading schools in the field of soft tissue therapy. Qualified in Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy (Level 5) and member of Sports Massage Association (SMA). Worked at prestigious sporting events including London Marathon, Ride London and recently had the privilege of working with The England Netball team.

Qualified as a Body Control Pilates® Mat Work teacher and Level 1 Franklin Method® teacher, which is a neuro-cognitive technique that teaches dynamic body alignment and how to move your body with maximum efficiency.    

Anatomy enthusiast with a passion for learning about how the body can move well, efficiently and in a functional way. 

Continued development includes studying the body’s Myofascial system. This system, when balanced, promotes dynamic stability, functional strength and movement ease.

Part of this study is with Art of Motion®, which teaches Slings® Myofascial Training. This is an exercise method implementing fascia-focused, body-minded movement training on the mat. Slings® is incorporated into Pilates class repertoire.   

Married and a mum to 3 children. To relax enjoys keeping active on long walks with family and two dogs, as well as running, cycling, Pilates and Yoga.
